Director of Policy and Programmes
Caroline was formerly Deputy Director at the influential think tank, ResPublica, heading up its policy and external affairs teams. She took the lead on numerous policy reports, initiatives and campaigns, which were endorsed by government and politicians of all stripes. She worked closely with cities across the UK as they prepared to negotiate their city deals with government, was central to the evolution of energy policy in the UK, and played a pivotal role in influencing national and local policy-makers on the importance of beauty in planning.
Caroline is a fellow of the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust and enjoys playing board games in her spare time. She joined the Federation in 2017.
