In addition to her day to day role at Ubisoft, Giselle is an active contributor to various industry associations and bodies on a local and national level. Giselle leads on talent pipeline, skills development and migration policy as a Director of TIGA, the games industry trade association, and is also a Director for the Creative Industries Federation. She is an Advisory Board Member for Next Gen Skills Academy, working to increase the sector’s industry-led qualifications and developing qualifications for emerging roles.

Within the North East, Giselle is on the Board of Dynamo, the tech cluster group, and also a member of the Advisory Group for Creative Fuse NE, a 3 year research partnership with 5 regional universities, investigating the links between tech and creative organisations.

Giselle’s most recent venture has been becoming a Trustee of a new school for 14-18 year olds: North East Futures University Technical College will provide a unique opportunity for employers to develop the career choices and relevance of educational experiences for 2 of the NE’s economic sectors, digital and health sciences.
