Melanie Eusebe

Chair and Co-Founder

Starting her career working at the branch of a local bank while completing her Masters of Philosophy, Melanie is a business, media and creative strategist with more than 20 years experience working with global brands including IBM and EY as a management consultant.  

She specialises in working with organisations to implement strategies and plans for growth and sustainability.  She appears frequently in the media, speaking on business and leadership, and her work and advice have been featured on BBC and Sky News, in the London Evening Standard, Management Today, The Telegraph, The Guardian, The Huffington Post, and City AM. She loves education and lifelong learning and dedicates part of her time to being a professor, teaching courses in both business strategy and leadership and management. Alongside being the chair and co-founder of the Black British Business Awards, the first awards of their kind in the UK, Melanie is also a champion of the arts and is the executive producer for the Women of the World Festival (WoW) a global movement based out of the Southbank Centre. Festivals take place in five continents and 43 cities around the world.
