It's set to be really sunny on Saturday, so the perfect day to visit Kew Gardens and the Dale Chihuly exhibition - beautiful glass sculptures in one of the loveliest spots in London.
I would recommend a visit to the V&A to check out the Dior exhibition. This spans the ten short but very productive fashion filled years that Monsieur Dior was with us, but wow what a decade! I would highly recommend this exhibition and the gift shop afterwards! They have souvenirs!
Hopping on the train to Oxford and checking out the Jeff Koons at the Ashmolean Museum or if you fancied something a bit by further out of a city then going down to Whitstable for the day - spending the day at the beach and having a walk around the harbour.
If you don't fancy leaving London then I would suggest a jumping on the tube to Harrow on the Hill and walking around the village to check out the beautiful buildings, stopping off at the Old Etonian for a meal and if its a nice day sit on the terrace.
- Watch Game of Thrones
- Read a Booker shortlisted book
- Visit cultural and heritage sites by bike! I'll be cycling around Shropshire
Bank holidays are always an excuse to get away. I'll be exploring Leeds and Yorkshire... local recommendations welcome!
I'm going to see Hamilton (finally) which I'm really excited about! More locally, I'm also hoping to go to Walworth Garden - a really lovely social enterprise dedicated to improving lives through horticulture.
