Federation Job Vacancy: Social Media Manager
We are looking for a passionate and creative individual to work within our brand team and drive forward our social media presence. Our ideal candidate is an outstanding writer with a strong knowledge of, and passion for, the Creative Industries, a deep-rooted grasp of social media and core marketing concepts, and a desire to make real impactful change. Our Social Media Manager will be at the heart of our core brand team activity, developing creative ways to engage communities, generate buzz on social around our programme work, membership offer, investment activity and policy campaigns.
You will thrive working in a fast-paced high energy environment with swift response times, making an impact in building communities and driving engagement with a wide network of stakeholders across the UK’s creative sector and beyond.
Reporting into the Brand & Content Manager, the Social Media Manager will lead the development and implementation of the social media strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall brand and comms strategies.
You should have a genuine and active interest in social media channels and a passion for utilising a variety of social platforms to find new and creative ways to supercharge our profile and reach. If you are diligent in approach, comfortable with multi-tasking, rolling their sleeves up and driving delivery of high impact social media campaigns then we want to hear from you!
LOCATION: UK wide (offices available in MediaCityUK Manchester, Bristol, London)
CONTRACT: 1-year fixed term full time renewable
SALARY: £25,000 starting salary + benefits
