Terms and Conditions
The "Federation", "we", "us" and "our" mean the Creative Industries Federations Limited, whose registered office is at University of the Arts London, 272 High Holborn, London WC1V 7EY.
As well as organising our own events, we sell tickets ("Tickets") on behalf of third parties ("Partners").
To purchase Ticket(s), you must be aged 18 or over.
Any purchases are subject to: (a) these terms and conditions; (b) all other terms and conditions displayed on our website; and (c) the terms and conditions of the Partner(s).
Your contract for purchase of a Ticket starts once we have confirmed your purchase and ends once the event has finished. All purchases are subject to security checks and may be cancelled in the event that you fail any of these.
We reserve the right to cancel any transaction which we believe have been made in breach of these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel Tickets which we believe are fraudulent.
We reserve the right to charge a service charge and delivery fee.
If we discover an error in the prices quoted on the website we will inform you as soon as practicable and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel, and you have already paid for the goods or services, you will receive a full refund.
If you have purchased a Ticket you can cancel your purchase and receive a refund up to five days prior to the date of the event.
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, nothing in these terms and conditions shall be construed as limiting your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
We aim to dispatch Tickets as soon as possible.
If your tickets have not arrived within three days of the event, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 0207 514 8528.
Any Ticket(s) you purchase remains the property of us or the Partner and admission to the event refused. In the event that this happens, you will receive a full refund.
The issue of any replacement Tickets may be subject to the Partners terms and conditions. If replacement Tickets are issued, you may be charged a fee.
Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person. We reserve the right to cancel Tickets if you order more than the maximum number allowed.
Tickets may be sold subject to certain restrictions on entry or use. Restrictions will be notified to you on our website or prior to the event. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for your failure to ready any notifications.
We, or our Partners, may prohibit the resale or transfer of Tickets.
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of the cancellation.
Advertised start times of events are subject to change.
Tickets are sold subject to our and any Partner's right to alter or vary the events as a consequence of circumstances beyond our or their reasonable control. In the event that this occurs, you would not be entitled to a refund.
Cancellation: If an event is cancelled (and not rescheduled), you will be offered a refund of the sale price of your Ticket(s). If you cancel your Ticket(s), you will only be entitled to a refund provided you notify us at least five days prior to the event.
Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, you will be offered Tickets to any rescheduled event (subject to availability). If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you will be offered a refund provided you notify us within any specified time limits.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Our liability to you in connection with the Tickets shall be limited to the price paid by you for the Tickets.
We will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property howsoever caused: (a) in any circumstances where there is no breach of a duty of care owed by us; (b) in circumstances where such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach (excluding death or personal injury resulting from our negligence); or (c) to the extent that any increase in any loss or damage results from breach by you of any of these terms and conditions or your negligence.
The Partners and their affiliates, successors, or assigns may enforce these terms in accordance with the provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (the "Act"). Except as provided above, this agreement does not create any right enforceable by any person who is not a party to it under the Act, but does not affect any right or remedy that a third party has which exists or is available apart from that Act.
All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law and any disputes arising out of any transaction with us are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
