I strongly believe that there is a business case for forging connections across the different parts of the creative industries and that we benefit from a better understanding of, and engagement with, our colleagues in everything from film to advertising. I call the Creative Industries Federation a unique network and find the mix of people a commercial and creative stimulus. There are also some practical areas of concern, including education and the implications of Brexit, where it makes sense to make arguments to government more forcefully together.
